With capacity for 80 people, our establishment offers you a range of services for your group meals.

About the cook

A member of Toques Blanches du Limousin since 2008, Laurent is reinventing a traditional, generous cuisine with a blend of originality, authenticity and refinement in tune with the seasons and the local products available: foie gras, Limousin beef, fish from the river... A delight for the tastebuds!

Guinea fowl parcel in chestnut liqueur jelly with a heart of foie gras, tomato gazpacho and light cream with basil. Scallop brochette with chorizo, fried fresh spinach and red pepper coulis.
